Food Safety Level 1 – HACCP & Allergen Awareness Training
The aim of the course is to give participants the skills and knowledge required to be able to handle and store food safely. This course will also provide participates with a basic understanding of the rules of HACCP & Allergen Awareness. This course is delivered by a FETAC Level 5 Food Safety and HACCP Instructor.
